Bremont is committed to the quality of our timepieces; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging, manuals, and warranty cards intact.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation is included.

  Complimentary Shipping

  Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
